i, I'm Ben, I'm a 23 year-old professional male who's recently moved to Withington. I currently live with some lovely people my own age and like the area very much. However, we've decided that we won't be renewing the contract on our house when it expires at the end of June as we all have different plans, so I'm now looking for somewhere else to live, hopefully quite nearby. I'm not too fussed about facilities in the house (although internet access would be good), but would like to live with friendly people my own age who enjoy doing things as a household - I'm looking for a bit more than just a room to live in. Also ideally the room would be available for at least a year, as I don't want to have to move again in the near future!
