I have 2 rooms available in an all female professional houseshare.
All rooms have double beds, brand new furniture and are very clean and tidy. The house is newly refurbished.
The kithcen/lounge are fully furnished with modern appliances including tv.
There is broadband.
The rooms are £65 per week.
I pay the council tax and the water.
The house also has a converted attic which contains a tv and exercise bike etc.
There is off road parking and a garden.
There are lots of very convenient shops located one minutes walk from the house including a somerfield, and a sainsburys.
There is a public leisure centre ten mins walk away and buses run from right outside the house in to bham city centre every 15 minutes.
Buses also run in to Solihull every 20 minutes.
M42 junstion 3 is only a 5 minute drive away.
The deposit is £200.
